MORNSUN announced cost-effective, compact size CAN and RS485 transceivers TDx21D485x, TDx21DCANx and TDx22DCAN series, which assists fast signal response in power grid industries, industrial control & instrumentation and are designed offering excellent performance, improved manufacturing process and reliability that are Patent Protected.

All the devices offer EMC performance, 3KVDC isolation, Baud rate of low-speed RS485 transceivers from 9.6kbps up to 19.2kbps, Nodes of low-speed and high-speed transceivers are doubled, i.e. 64 nodes. Nodes of auto-switch interface increase by 4 times, i.e. 128 nodes. All devices in this series are output isolated 5V at the terminal of bus, easy for default configuration of the bus.

Reliable manufacturing process: TDx21D485x & TDx21DCANx series apply SMT to enhance product automation and reliability. Simply achieve plug-to-SMD process: Single output TDx21D485x & TDx21DCANx series are in open frame using pin terminals to match corresponding female header, so that customers can easily achieve automated processing, maintenance and replacement at the same time. Dual channel isolation: TDx22DCAN: features dual channel isolation: 2500VDC input-output and output-output are mutually isolated. These devices have many desirable features, Integrated power supply, bus isolation and ESD protection in one module, Isolation: two-terminal isolation: 3000VDC (input and output are mutually isolated)

TDx21D485x Baud rate up to 500Kbps, Connect up to 256 nodes on one bus, TDx21DCANx Baud rate up to 1Mbps,Connect up to 110 nodes on one bus with Operating Temp Range TDx21DCANx -40℃ ~ +105℃,TDx21D485x -40℃~ +85℃, TDx21DCANx Compact size, DIP8 package & TDx21D485x Compact size, DIP10 package.
