Mornsun NEW SMD Non-isolated .5A & 1A Switching Regulators K78xxT-500R3&1000R3 Series
MORNSUN distributed in Australia & New Zealand by DLPC Pty Ltd has just released a new series of non-isolated 500ma & 1A SMD regulators, with miniature size of 15.24x11.40x8.25mm & high efficiencies of up to 95%, no-load input current as low as 0.2mA, output short circuit protection Meets UL62368, EN62368 ,IEC62368 (pending), wide operating temperature range -40~+85c no heatsink required, wide range of output voltages available 1.5, 1.8, 2.5, 3.3, 5, 6.5, 9, 12V for all models & 15V in 1A & are compatible with traditional LM78xx linear regulators.
Mornsun’s new SMD packaged K78xxT-500R3/K78xxT-1000R3 series meet reflow soldering production requirements, peak reflow soldering temperature is Tc≤245 ℃ 60s (Max.) above 217 ℃, which meets the IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D.1 standard. The K78_T-R3 series also provide a wide input voltage range (4.75-36V), continuous short-circuit protection, adjustable output voltage (±10%) with remote voltage control , these can be widely used in any application including industrial control, grid power, instrumentation, mining and other related industries.
