Mornsun’s URE1D_LD-20WR3 series DC/DC Converters with EN50155 Rail Compliance

This 20W range has been added due to market demand for dual output devices (positive and negative) & extends MORNSUN’s 6-20W rail R3 DC/DC converters.

These converters provide a wide input voltage range of 40-160VDC due to input voltages of 72V, 96V, 110V used in the railway industry.

Positive and negative outputs and 3KVDC isolation voltage ensures they meet railway EN50155 standard requirements.

The URE1D_LD-20WR3 series has input UVP, OSC, OCP and OVP protections.

The 50x25mm (2”x1”) international standard package is available in PCB mount, Chassis & DIN-Rail mounting with heatsink options making the series widely suitable for use in DC distribution systems, railway monitoring, lighting equipment, air-conditioning controller, information display and other railway vehicle-related equipment.

The devices Feature 40-160VDC- Ultra wide input voltage range, enhanced isolation voltage 3000VDC, -40 to 85c Wide Operating Temp Range.

Input Under-voltage Protection, Output short circuit, over-current, over–voltage protection with low ripple & noise

EMI meets EN50121-3-2 CISPR32/EN55032 CLASS A, without external components, EN50155 Rail Compliance (EN62368 pending)

Reverse voltage protection is and available option with A2S (Chassis mounting) or A4S (35mm DIN-Rail mounting) packages.
