MORNSUN Active High Precision Signal Conditioning Modules TE-T Series
Distributed in Australia & New Zealand by DLPC Pty Ltd, Mornsun has released the TE-T series of signal conditioning modules, designed for isolating & converting micro-signals accurately. These TE-T signal conditioning modules can accept input signals of either 4~20mA or 0-5V. Due to small SMD size not only increases production efficiency but improves system reliability. MORNSUN enhances the integration of the TE-T series and the reliability by applying the power IC and encasing the transformer within the device. It is widely recommended for use in instrumentation, industrial control, petrochemical, power monitoring applications.

Above diagram shows, Sin1 to Sin4 are external input voltage signals, A0 to A1 are strobe signals, and Signal out is an external input signal received by the control system. The optocoupler realizes the isolated transmission of the strobe signal, the TE-T series realizes the isolated transmission of the signal & isolated power supply, the multi-channel signal strobe chip 4052 realizes the selective transmission of the multiplexed signal.
The mains features are Two-port isolation (signal in and signal out), High linearity of 0.1% full scale, 2KVAC isolation for the 60s, 30mVpp.TYP @ 20MHz low ripple & noise, Extreme low-temperature coefficient of ≤50PPM/℃ from -40℃~+85℃, Full and zeros adjustment functions, ESD protection (IEC/EN61000-4-2 Contact ±4KV perf. Criteria B)
