XLamp 4550 LEDs combine the brightness of power LED chips with
a rugged package capable of operating in excess of 0.5 watts.
Customers are choosing XLamp 4550 LEDs for lighting applications
where high brightness is required in a small form factor. XLamp 4550 comes in red, green, blue and amber and is a standard
surface-mount device that can be reflow soldered for automated
production assembly. It features Cree’s unique thermally
neutral thermal path and contains no lead or mercury.
